DIME-Tools version 0.03

DIME-Tools is a collection of modules to parse and generate DIME messages.
DIME stands for Direct Internet Message Encapsulation  and defines a way of encode content in a specified binary format.

INSTALLATION

To install this module type the following:

   perl Makefile.PL
   make
   make test
   make install
