This is probably the best place to reach everyone who's coming. Over on #1692 we're talking about how much of the retreat should be filmed. The current plan is to spend Saturday discussing strategy together around my dining room table, with Sunday being dedicated to hacking. We're looking to have a professional videographer film the Saturday sessions so we can post them online afterwards. We'll be able to make some accommodations for the most privacy-conscious among us, but in general you should expect to end up on YouTube if you participate in Saturday's discussions. We need to lock this in with the videographer right quick, so if you want to weigh on this please hit #1692 very soon:

My flight leaves at 7am on Saturday, so I need to be at the airport by like 5:30 or so, so I'd have to leave the retreat by like 3am anyway to get home and meet my ride to the airport. It might be easier to just hang out for a few hours and head home. :/
