# git clone https://github.com/hironoriokano/fq-pie.git
# cd fq-pie
# ./install.sh

You need to install iproute2(https://github.com/hironoriokano/iproute2_fq-pie.git) also to use fq-pie. After that, you can compile just fq_pie and pie and deploy them with reload.sh.
