If a specific class can't be imported from pystac or satstac, but the modules can be imported overall, mention this in the error message when
stackstac.stack
fails to identify the STAC type. It probably means you're using an incompatible version of one of the libraries.Note that tests won't actually run until #116 is merged (which adds the pytest dependency). Didn't want to deal with merge conflicts in the lockfile, so I left pytest out for now.
