The removal of bolt...
Have some ideas on how to do this capacity differently. For a discussion sometime.
I tried to make this 99% removal. I just put in a few comments about the removal and fixed on variable issue about an undeclared err var. So hopefully the review process isn't too hideous even though I touched 18 files.
