This release adds:

Full support for OGN Tracker V1

This release adds support for OGN Tracker V1 specific items:

1. Buttons and LEDs,
2. GPS antenna selector (external or internal),
3. Voltage measurement system - battery and CPU voltage.

Soft power control, GPS LED control.

New features:

1. Soft power control. Dedicated power button disables/enables tracker. Battery could be connected permanently (by Sylwester).
2. GPS LED blinking. One second blinks when there is no GPS fix. Short blinks when GPS is locked at position (by Sylwester).
3. New OGN packet format (by Paweł).
