Formidable Pattern File Fields

Adds two new file upload fields to Formidable that both save their values as base64 strings:

• JPEG/PNG Images
• MP3 Audio

Installation

1. Upload PatternFileFields.zip to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory and unzip it there, or use the WordPress Dashboard to install it.
2. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress
