Issue Description

Using a real domain name like "gno.land" could be risky if they were to lose control of the domain and someone tried to manipulate the dependencies.
(pointed by @ajnavarro)

Potential Solution

Use domain names as channel zones, such as gno.land, manfred.land, etc.

To avoid relying on DNS and name registration, we can create a custom registry at gno.land/r/system/zones for GnoVM chains to register independently.

Let's do this and use this realm as a way to configure ICS too.

What do we mean by "channel zones"?

How would r/system/zones work? I imagine it would need to have a reasonably high fee to use it as we'd ideally want to avoid the namespace being attacked by spam?
