I've rolled a new 0.4.3 release for Tablicious. Here's a package index update for it.
This PR also modifies the "dev" version to require octave >= 7.0.0 instead of >= 4.0.0. Figured it was easier to do that here instead of a separate PR. I'm not specifically using any super-new stuff in Tablicious, but I'm not developing or testing with any Octave versions older than 7.x, and mostly just 8.x and newer.
