Martini v1.0

1.0 Version of Martini. From this point on we are making a compatibility promise with the 1.0 API

Release Candidate 1

This is the first release candidate for martini version 1. At this point we are pretty happy with the feature set that martini has. Paired with the recent change in the inject branch codegangsta/inject#18, martini should be in a good spot for cutting a 1.0 version soon
