Login with Steam / OpenID 2.0

I see there was a talk about "Login with Steam" feature in the Discord server.
Steam is using OpenID 2.0 but not OIDC so it's not supported currently. That spec is a bit outdated but Steam is a good social login choice

as a workaround there is a steam openid to openid-connect proxy that can be used
