As a part of gobuffalo/buffalo#2152, update
nullsto use a recent version oftestifyv1.7.0 (previously used v1.5.1). This PR also update other modules includinggofrs/uuid,jmoiron/sqlx, andmattn/go-sqlite3to recent versions.Additionally, indirect dependency to
appengineand its dependencies are removed.
