When zoom is big, text editor waste a lot of space and some elements aren't scaled #25279

3.1 beta 2

OS/device including version:
Windows 10

Issue description:
When zoom in text editor is big, then:
1.Editor waste a lot of space for showing number of row
2,3. Doesn't scale tabulator and code block icons

Line numbers are padded because it's to make space for the highest ones down below. If they were shrinked to only occupy the width of the characters, they would end up constantly moving lines as you scroll down if more digits are needed. Line numbers can be toggled in editor settings. Some of the space is also reserved for foldings and breakpoints: you can also toggle them off in editor settings.

Maybe this space could be modified depending on the number of lines in the file.

We should probably restrict the code font size to the double of the default value (which would be 28) to prevent this. If higher sizes are needed on hiDPI displays, the Editor Scale value should be increased above 100% instead.

Still reproducible with indentation carets in 4.0.3:
