Vulkan: Camera effects depth write fails in transparente materials #39282

v4.0.dev.custom_duild.030a26206

OS/device including version:
Ubuntu with Gnome - Rizen7 GPU GTX 1650 Linux driver 440.64

Issue description:
Using default materials appears to not write in depth buffer in transparent textures. Camera blur effects appears wrong. when full opaque materials write fine

Steps to reproduce:
Add transaparent material, alpha-prepass.
Add a phisycal skybox.
Add a far blur camera effect.

@marcosbitetti Please upload a minimal reproduction project to make this easier to troubleshoot.
