I am using two monitors.
The editor is complete on one monitor.
All the docks are on the second monitor.
The gif records between the two monitors, in the separation that occurs between the editor and the docks located on the second monitor.
Some inconsistencies with the cursor and dock buttons "scene".
The cursor turns into arrows when the cursor pass to the other monitor, it can be seen in the gif.
Also the dock buttons "scenes" do not turn off when the cursor leaves them and goes to the other monitor.
It should also be noted at the extreme left of the gif that one of the docks was left with a blue border, this happens even with several docks with that blue border, I think that should be turned off since the cursor is not there.
Steps to reproduce
Separate all the docks to the second monitor.
For the error to appear you may have to create a 2D scene, just click on create "2D scene" and check if everything works fine and nothing strange occurs as in the gif.
If that doesn't happen, delete the 2D scene and check again.
Minimal reproduction project
