Enable region-select when dragging the mouse. Previously this was only possible when the mouse was not over a mesh.

@mbrlabs just noticed this got merged, and really wanted to reach out to thank you for this! Having been using the 3d side of godot, this has been a thing I wished was there for quite a while. You've really made my day better and have improved the workflow for much of the userbase. Thank you!

Yeah, same. You can also deselect nodes with ESC now (see #58253), which is also very useful.
