Which keywords would be desirable for simple 'referencing'? I can make a PR for that today.

(with 'Exposes security issue' being the thing the commit does (can be any message) - issue ID would be 1, obviously).

Would it be appreciated if I also worked on reopen? Since the code for fixed is already there, this should be done in no-time. Then again, if someone else is already working on it, I wouldn't want to interfere.
