Provider sets hardware resources on first start if it isn't configured by user manually.
Instead of taking available RAM in system Provider takes currently unused amount.
This can be misleading, because this value changes often, but in gamerhash case it will remain for always,
Closing because it is misdiagnosis. Provider has 30% resources cap as reserve for system and in case someone has 32Gb it takes significant portion of RAM. It can look like taking remaining free memory on first glance, but it isn't.
