Add Console instructions to Services in addition to CLI

Just about everything that can be done in the CLI can be done in Console. The Services documentation currently documents how to interact with the Device Services from goliothctl and coap.

We should include instructions for each Service that describes, "this is how you would do that in the Console," where appropriate.

This is a good callout that is still relevant. I'll add this to the backlog for near-term consideration.
