V1.0 release contains the compressed directories for preparation_programs, cmi_pipeline, and humoral_pipeline.

  1. Select in turn all three compressed v1.0.tar.gz files to download.
  2. Decompress: tar –zxvf xx_v1.0.tar.gz (where xx is either preparation_programs, cmi_pipeline, or humoral_pipeline).
  3. Move the downloaded directories to any location of your choice.
  4. Please refer to ReadMe and published paper for help
