The upper and lower case S Mulish Font has a habit of getting chopped at the edges. Is this something you’ve come across before? All is fine when you zoom in on the problem character though.
Seems only to be an issue in Adobe CC ID, AI and PSD. But fine in MS Word and PowerPoint. And the specimens on Google fonts seem to be fine too.
We also had the issue with the lowercase ‘x’ (see screen shot) but the exported PDF appears to be ok.
It would suggest there is an issue with how the font views on screen in Adobe CC applications but the output is as it should be.
Any thoughts would be much appreciated.

I reproduced the Xx problem with Mulish version 2.100 (VF version), with InDesign 2020 and Illustrator 2020 (but not with Photoshop 2020), on macOS 10.15.6.

Nope. Still not there (you must attach the file on the GitHub thread, not by e-mail).

Oh, yes, indeed! Only in InDesign, at text size (or low zoom). At this size, the Xx problem doesn't appear.

The problem seems fixed in the next release (3.602), but it requires confirmation.

Interesting bug. Thanks for filing.

I'm able to replicate the issue using the current family in Indesign 15.1.1, OS X 10.15.1.

What's interesting is if I change Indesign's rendering to "Overprint Preview" (command+option+shift+y), it appears just fine.

Many thanks for the feedback.

I can see that amendments are being made re; Mulish 3.600. Is there a timescale around this version being available on Google Fonts?

Well, you can test the "no-yet released officially" files:

Are the static versions of the "not-yet released officially" Mulish font available?

It seems: https://github.com/yanone/fonts/tree/mulish/ofl/mulish/static

Hi, any update on when the updated font will be published on google? Our large organization is using this typeface and we want to make sure we are sending our contributes to the correct fonts for download. Thank you.
