http://scripts.sil.org/Andika_New_Basic was released today

I'll need to set up a RFN agreement with SIL to include this

Also Andika itself is now at v5.000 but we still have v1.001 so we should update that too; there were critical bugs fixed in the interim, so bumping this up to P0 :)

I was thinking this could get confusing to have Andika – one weight, large character set – and Andika New – four weights, smaller character set. Can we make an über-Andika by expanding the character set of the new (or the weights of the original)?

Please update Andika (the full, single-weight version) to version 5 (https://software.sil.org/andika/download/). We will be introducing a full set of weights with version 6 later this year, but it's important that you update to v5 now. I'm getting enquiries from the Google Docs team and it's rather embarrassing that I have to send them to our web site because GF hasn't updated it even after reporting the problem over three years ago. It's also important that the OpenType remains functional.

Note that this is unrelated to Andika Basic, which will no longer be needed when we release v6 of the full Andika set.
