Now that this functionality is moving to https://github.com/bazelbuild/rules_closure has this become obsolete? |

Yes this code is obsolete and is going away as soon as bazelbuild/rules_closure/issues/9 is resolved. That could take another week or two. So I'd prefer not to merge this change. But I will if it would reduce headaches for you guys. |
