fix: remove noisy AmbiguousWindowWarning from partial ordering mode

Also fixes type errors identified when updating notebooks.

There is not really an efficient way for users to avoid this warning besides filtering it out. If folks have already opted-in to partial ordering mode, they have accepted the possibility of non-determinism relating to ordering. As such, I think it does more harm than good. Instead, I mailed internal cl/813806540 to document this possibility of unstable results.
