Remove Fanboy+Easylist-Merged Ultimate List

I suggest to remove it. It is not very useful.

Fanboy Ultimate List (This includes Easylist, Easyprivacy, Enhanced Trackers List and Annoyances List)

Every component is already available and can be selected in uBO. For less informed user it might be confusing what "ultimate" actually means. So at least information box could be added to explain.

I like recent changes to clean up filter lists. And I feel that this ultimate list is out of place there. All other list in Multipurpose section are host like list and they do not duplicate any previous filters. But "ultimate" is just bundled filters that are already nicely categorized in uBO options.
