Jenkins ec2 cloud agent configuration is lost while restoring ec2-configuration from scm plugin

@shapi78 what plugin manages them? where / how you configure it? need to reprodue the issue

It is called Amazon EC2 plugin or in our puppet configuration it is called "ec2"
