Minor improvement to single value auto decimals logic so values like "2.23" are shown with decimals.
But there is a lot more work to do here. The scaled decimals logic is not working great, for example, 1000 = 1.000 K , it needs to account for significant digits but also the scaling factor (the log10 multiple) but that is different for different units (for example bytes, and time).
