What this PR does / why we need it:

This PR tries to upgrade the old table-old plugin into table. To do so, I used the migration button on grafana and exported the dashboard in json and copied only the panel that needs the update.

@cstyan I'm not sure if this is the correct procedures but updating json dashboards is hard :D

yep, I hate the json dashboards and want to convert them all to jsonnet, but iirc that was blocked for the operational dashboard in particular

I'll test your dashboard changes here myself locally this week

Thanks :) i've seen that the New bloom dashboards are also in json. Do you have a tool that can concert a json to jsonnet? That would be neat 🙂

Maybe? I'm not sure, I can ask internally. Last time I did those migrations was ~2 years ago and I did it all manually.

Tested this one locally, seems good to go. Just waiting on CI to go green

@QuentinBisson just for the future, if it's a json dashboard can you mention which rows/panels are being changed in the PR description? It can be hard to find that information from the diff view. IIRC in the json schema the panel title is the last item in the object? 🤔 🤷‍♂️
