Email Verification Issue

When signing up, the verification link in the email leads to a dead webpage, and users have to be manually verified as of now.

In the past this has been due to the e-mail host considering QEMS as spam, or due to a config file getting overridden. I can look at this when I get a chance.

Looks like the problem is that it needs to send a https:// link instead of http://
