Clarify Timestamp documentation #10

The timestamp documentation isn't as clear as it could be and couple probably benefit from a renaming, timestamp is somewhat of a misnomer, and some better examples.

Thanks @batrick! I think the distinctions are much clearer now.

I added transition step that illustrates the bit realignment so its easier to see where the hex code is coming from (I was confused myself for about 5 minutes).

If you're working through the parsing with are documentation, make sure to flag any issue you see in either completeness, correctness, or clarity so some one can fix it.
