Don't show yellow section informing about minimum_auto_refresh_interval if it is set to 1s.
Expected Behavior
If minimum_auto_refresh_interval is set to 1s, it means that all options are legal and there is no reason to warn a user.
Also, it reveals an information about a property which was not meant to be used by GL Open clients at all and gives a false impression we should document this property.
