Fixed typo in quack.properties. Quack starts up successfully now using standalone config. |

Same config and startup and issue #253
When pointing browser to localhost the attached nginx error.log
is generated - connection failure with the api port 8089
curl 127.0.0.1:8089 - connection refused
error.log
Why?
