Note to self to checkout whether the OWL-to-Neo4j-database functionality of SciGraph. SciGraph calls itself "A Neo4j backed ontology store" and is on github at SciGraph/SciGraph.

I'm tagging the top SciGraph contributors, so they're aware of this project: @ccondit @jnguyenx @cmungall @jingjingbic. The goal of Hetontology is to host a public Neo4j instance of bioontologies to give anyone the power of Cypher. See neo4j.het.io as an example of a public Neo4j instance.

Happy to see more bioinformatics users of Neo4j. Here are my slides from GraphConnect last week.
