0.9.6 better pivot detection

This release contains a temporary change to the pivot test. it should now only show the relevant part of the recording for a pivot. This will be replaced, but that requires partially rewriting the capture logic for it.

Other changes include:

• Oscilloscope menu now always shows the currently selected test.
• In the oscilloscope menu, once an input has "started", changing either the test or which stick is being recorded is disallowed. This breaks slightly with controllers using cap mods when unplugging and replugging quickly, due to bad origin polls. If this happens, hold X, Y, and Start to reset the origin for the controller. Currently thinking on how to fix this.
• Oscilloscope menu now properly resets after unplugging the controller.
• Adjusted the movement detection times in the oscilloscope menu. There are now also different times for around the origin and everywhere else.
