Changes for 2013.02

Dasein Cloud 2013.02 is a major release of the Dasein Cloud API with significant interface changes.

General Changes

• Added listXXXStatus() methods to all services to facilitate efficient polling for base status
• Enhancements to meta-data tagging

Compute Services

• Refactored the different mechanisms for capturing, bundling, and uploading machine images/templates
• Added support for ramdisk and kernel images
• Added the ability to differentiate among clouds that require static IP assignment pre-launch vs dynamic assignment

Network Services

• Refactored the interface for authorizing firewall/security group access
• Better support for more complex firewall rule endpoints
• Support for firewall rule precedence
• Addresses can now be specifically assigned to a VLAN
