ok up dated the Makefile and the debs minor stuff just wanted the latest Makefile in the deb also put calc2_dyn and calc2_static in the deb

Added a 64bit AMD deb for Ubuntu modified the make file to create calc2_dyn and calc2_static to show how to compile programs using the lib dynamically and statically.
