Not 100% done, but more or less everything is here

In order to try it out:

npm install
node_modules/grunt-cli/bin/grunt db:import
npm test
npm start

Moves configuration to a json struct

- Supports the definition of environments via NODE_ENV
- Default environment 'development'
- For the tests it copies example.json to development.json
- Adds {development,production}.json to .gitignore
