Minor update.

  1. Made US state fields in SolarEdge responses optional.
  2. Fixed new clippy warnings generated by new Rust tools version.

The API has had rudimentary testing against my site's data (plus one additional site's data now, yay!). It still needs additional testing against more sites since the API specification is a bit lacking.
