Human QA of transformed documents

User Story

In order to ensure mdtranslator transforms a document correctly, datagov wants a metadata specialist to QA transformed documents.

Acceptance Criteria

[ACs should be clearly demoable/verifiable whenever possible. Try specifying them using BDD.]

• GIVEN a document to read (e.g. ISO19115-3)
  AND the transformed document (e.g. DCATUS)
  WHEN a review of the transformed data happens
  THEN either a change needs to occur in the mapping or no change occurs \

Background

• having a metadata specialist review the product of mdtranslator is valuable to ensure it works correctly.
