Area frequency table tool not working under WOFE

Area frequency table tool not working under WOFE (ArcSDM for 10.3 -10.5 and ArcPro).

Input parameters and environment settings are provided as desired. When processing, the tool keeps running even if left for 24hrs.

Kindly help with this!

This issue seems to be resolved, so I'll close this. If the problem persists, reopen this issue.
