Do we still need to register to Guardrails hub even if dont use any available validators on hub?

Do we still need to register to Guardrails hub even if dont use any available validators on hub?
We are only using the custom validators and registering it using the decorator. But I am not sure if the configuring to guardrails hub is still required.

If you are only using custom validators you should not need to configure the cli or authenticate with the hub via an api key.

If you encounter any issues you think might be related to hub authentication while using this pattern, please raise an issue and we'll be more than happy to look into it to ensure this experience is smooth.
