MANPATH variable can be unsetted. In this case system determine man path by run manpath(1) script. Do the same.

MANPATH variable can be unsetted. In this case system determine man path
by run manpath(1) script. Do the same.
Without this fix, if MANPATH is not set (as in FreeBSD by default), after perbrew's bashrc we can't get system manual pages.
