  • Correcting pvalue thresholds contaning p<0.05 to p<=0
  • New Import Methods: FragPipe, Proteome Discoverer
  • Import Methods: MQ raising if wrong quantitation strategy was applied or if there is no values
  • Dictionary containig params
  • Modules for data normalization and imputation
  • Nebula: Statistical module (containing Fisher's exact test, t-test, wilcoxon, and kolmogorov-smirnov)
