Each court booking involves reduction in the balance of the prepaid account of the player/user. So this requires an entry in the passbook (a debit operation).

Issue #18: Each booking needs an entry in the passbook

Each booking now has an entry in the passbook.  This
need changes to the ir_passbook table.  So the corresponding
recharge operation is also updated.
