ICE plots: add option to normalize y-axis values

option to normalize y-axis values so that each score (y-axis value) is relative to the score at the first valid X value on each line; thus, the first valid value on each line has a normalized score value of 0 and each line starts at this same point; this would prevent observations that have very different values on the y-axis stretching out the y-axis so that the lines appear fairly flat; see Figure 2 (doc at [https://support.h2o.ai/a/tickets/100245|https://support.h2o.ai/a/tickets/100245|smart-link] sec. 11) for an example where once each line starts at the same point (0), the shapes of the curves are more distinct
