Updated TileModifierPropertyDrawer to properly display RuleTile and other classes inherited from TileBase.
Obviously this is not the most elegant solution. But otherwise, we would have to resolve the issue with definitions and assembly definitions. Since probably not everyone will need to install Tailmaps Extra.
