grub4dos setup files

1. Remove all third-party removable USB devices.
2. Format the USB flash drive by opening the program HPUSBFW_Special.EXE as an Administrator.
   Do not try to format a physically damaged flash drive.
3. Run the program grubinst_gui.exe as an Administrator.
   Set the Part List switch to "Whole disk (MBR)" and press Install.
4. Copy the file "grldr" and file "menu.lst" and "boot" directory on a USB flash drive.
   Edit the file "menu.lst" if necessary.
5. Start a USB drive through the BIOS menu.
