docker built uf2 does not function

when you build a spade.uf2 with docker, upload it to a sprig, and attempt to upload a game, the upload will always perpetually hang.

Unable to fully reproduce on my end - I flashed the uf2 and then tried to upload the game, and it did hang (with a panic message before that last [UPLOAD > SERIAL] message), but after reconnecting the USB cable it worked fine.
