Overview

We need to develop a strategy to analyze the data from the internal usability tests conducted by the team.

Action Items

  • Team to discuss best practices in first meeting after testing concludes
  • Val and Ana to meet and create Miro Board
  • Team to transcribe notes and input data to Miro Board
  • Team to meet on 05/06/22 and brainstorm to create an Affinity Map
  • Team will copy and paste user feedback to an Excel document to begin aggregating data for All Team meeting discussion next Tuesday across teams.
    • Val - Landing Page - Task 1
    • Yumeng - Landing Page - Task 2
    • Joanna - From Welcome Page section to First Involvement section
    • Nick - From Second Involvement section to Editing Final Statement
    • Tom - Previewing Final Statement to End of Board
    • Ana - Post-Task Questions
  • Create a presentation desk with preliminary results from usability testing for All-Team meeting
