There isn't a way to assertain the completion of a form, differentiating a WIP and finished.

all forms found under an open issue would be marked with WIP

The ways to know if a form is finished are the following

  1. It's on an issue about making it, and the issue is closed. Meaning it's been completed by the team
  2. It's on an issue about making it, and while the issue is open, there is still some indication that they are finished with the form.
  3. You ask the team about it, and they tell you it's completed.
  4. The purpose of this guide is to help people find examples of form headers that have the look and feel of a specific project, if that has been done, they may still be working on the content of the form but the header and colors might already be done.
